Zeno Home and Zeno Kitchen are account-backed tools for household routines, meals, recipes, and grocery lists, published by Zeno One LLC ("we", "us"). By using either app, you agree to these terms. If you don't, stop using the apps. A household owner can delete the household; a protected non-owner adult can delete their linked Zeno account and leave the household.
You must be 18 or older to create a household. A child may use the app only within a household set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. The household owner is responsible for activity from devices invited into the household.
Your secure invite link lets a device join your household. The Household PIN is a local shared-device convenience that helps prevent accidental access to household controls; it is not cryptographic account authorization. Keep invite links reasonably private, and create a new link in Settings if one was shared outside your household.
The app is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it working — sync, backups, push notifications — but no software is bug-free. Don't rely on Zeno Home as the sole record of anything important (health logs, legal custody agreements, etc.). Download a backup regularly if the data matters to you.
Zeno Home Free and Zeno Kitchen Free remain available with the manual features described in the app. Optional Zeno Plus and Kitchen Plus subscriptions are sold through Apple, Google Play, or RevenueCat Billing on Zeno's website. The purchase screen shows the billing provider's localized price, billing period, trial eligibility, first charge, and renewal terms before you confirm.
Annual and monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through the billing provider before renewal. An annual plan may include a 14-day trial for eligible customers; trial access opens deterministic paid tools, while metered AI starts only after the first charge. Canceling stops future renewal and keeps paid access through the period already provided. The apps do not delete household or recipe data merely because paid access ends. Purchase refresh or mobile restore, subscription management, and the next renewal date are available in Settings.
Don't use the app to store unlawful or inappropriate content, harass anyone through notes or praise text, or attempt to abuse the service (excessive writes, reverse-engineering, etc.). We may lock or delete households that abuse the service.
Zeno Home may track virtual "dollars" and "points" — these are internal counters, not real currency. No real money moves through the app. Any real-world payment or reward arrangement is between the people in the household.
Zeno Home and Zeno Kitchen may suggest ingredient alternatives from a curated, source-bound table released for the product. Unless the app displays a separate current reviewer credit, no professional review is claimed. Each suggestion names a general property of an ingredient, not a prediction about your body or health.
This is not nutrition advice. The apps do not assess your diet, diagnose anything, or account for your medical history, medications, pregnancy, allergies, or other conditions. Nothing in the apps is individualized nutrition counseling, medical nutrition therapy, or medical advice, and using them does not create a clinician-patient or dietitian-client relationship.
Do not rely on ingredient suggestions for food allergies, intolerances, or medically required diets. Ingredient data can be incomplete or wrong. Always read the labels on the food you buy, and talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before making dietary changes when professional guidance is appropriate.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Zeno One LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
These terms may change. We'll note the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
